Conversion table for British sizes
Please always order your macho style shoes using the British sizes scale. Ordering SEBAGO shoes please use the American sizes. If you are not sure about the conversion, our conversion table may be helpful.
Ordering within Austria
If you order within the Austrian territory, the prices valid for you are those quoted in euros. The prices include the legally payable VAT. Delivery charge for shoes or boots amounts to ATS 200.00 (EUR 15.00). Delivery will generally be made within five working days.
Ordering within the EU
If you order from another EU member country, the prices valid for you are also quoted in euros. The prices include the legally payable VAT. Delivery charge for shoes or boots amounts to ATS 400.00 (EUR 29.00). Delivery will generally be made within five working days.
Ordering within the USA and the rest of the world
If you order from the U.S.A. or the rest of the world, the prices valid for you are quoted in U.S. dollars. They are 20% lower as the VAT is not payable on exports outside the EU. Delivery charge for shoes or boots amounts to USD 1100.00.
Delivery dates
If you order a product which we have in stock, you will receive your ordered product within the delivery periods mentioned. If the requested products are not in stock, delivery times may extend for as long as ten weeks as your model is then specially manufactured for you in England. In such a case we will ask for your consent to the longer waiting period.
Money back
In the event of deficient quality of the products the money will self-evidently be refunded to you without delay.
Exchange
We will be pleased to exchange shoes or boots for a period of up to 14 days after their purchase, provided they have not been worn outdoors. In the event of an exchange (the reasons being that you ordered the wrong size or the wrong colour), the charges for the return of the goods and sending the new products will be for your account. If the suitable model size or colour is unavailable for exchange, the purchase price will be refunded to you.
